Competition
ZAH contest, hereinafter referred to as ZAH.
Competition Description
It is an interactive competition that fulfills the dreams of many lucky participants and is announced on the organizer's channels.
To whom participation and participant restrictions are available
The competition is open to all participants from around the world (if the subscription service is available) and adults according to the laws of their nationality or according to the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt (whichever is higher)
Employees during the competition period of the "organizer" or their relatives up to the fourth degree and their spouses or the spouses of any of their relatives up to the fourth degree as well, are not entitled to participate in the competition.
General Terms and Conditions of the Competition
1. These Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Our Terms and Conditions") apply to all competitions announced by ZAH ("Competitions"). Each Competition itself has its own terms and conditions such as entry details, opening/closing dates, and what kind of prize you may receive ("Special Terms"). If the Special Terms conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms shall prevail.
1.2 We may change the terms and conditions of each Competition, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of the Competition at any time. You should check our website regularly to keep track of any changes that are adopted as of the date they are uploaded to the site.
1.3 By entering any Competition you agree to be bound by these General Conditions and any applicable special conditions.
2- Identity of the advertiser of the competition
2.1 Unless otherwise provided in any special terms, the advertiser of this Competition is ZAH
2.2 ZAH is a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have any queries or complaints related to any of our competitions, you can send an email through the zahmobileapp@gmail.com and please mention the name of the competition and the subject of the inquiry or complaint clearly.
3. Eligibility rules for our competitions
3.1 Where Participants are required to sign an exemption or any document before participating in any Competition and if the Participant is under eighteen, such document shall be signed by the Participant's parent or legal guardian before participating in the Competition.
3.2 The requirements relating to the minimum and maximum age of the participants are specified in the terms and conditions of any competition.
3.3 The decision to meet the eligibility requirements or not to meet them is our absolute decision and we may require proof of this by the Entrants before awarding the Prizes.
3.4 Employees of ZAH or their second-degree family members (brothers, sisters, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, granddaughter, and kinship) shall not be eligible to participate in any Competition; employees of the third party submitting the Awards or their second-degree family members may not participate in any Competition either.
3.5 The participant under the age of majority according to the law of his nationality or according to the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, must obtain the consent of his father or legal guardian (and provide us with the details of that consent if we wish to verify it), and the parent or legal guardian must represent the minor to carry out all actions related to the competition that the minor cannot legally undertake himself, otherwise we will have the right to exclude the unrepresented minor from the competition or in the event of winning and the parent withdraws. or the legal guardian for his representation, we will have the right to withdraw from granting him any prize.
You agree that we are not obliged to accept a subscription or to hand over any prize to any minor participant, who does not show us the necessary legal documents to prove the validity of his representation by his parent or legal guardian.
4- Registration and registration methods
4.1 Entry to the Competition via the App : When entry to the Competition is via the App, the Competition Lines are opened and closed at the times specified in the Special Conditions. To be considered valid, entry must be received after the opening time and before the closing time. Entries made before the opening time or after the closing time are not counted.
4.2 Automated Access:
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electrical means that allows anyone to re-enter any contest is prohibited.
4.3 Names:
Entrants must enter the competitions using their legal names. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry using multiple names and ask them to return any prizes they may win.
4.4 Multiple Entries
Unless otherwise permitted in accordance with any special conditions, no person may enter any competition more than once and persons may not enter or participate as unions or on behalf of any other person, union, group, association or company.
4.5 Retroactive effect:
Where any participant or winner is found to have committed a breach of any of the Competition Terms and Conditions and upon the discovery that any person has breached any of the entry restrictions set out in provisions 4.1 to 4.4 above, we may exercise our right to disqualify that person and require them to return or compensate any prize even if the prize has been awarded and/or actually presented to the relevant participant or winner.
5. Awards
5.1 In the event that a person under the age of eighteen wins a prize, these terms and conditions together with the terms and conditions of the Competition must be signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded, and we reserve the right to present the prize to the winner's parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
5.2 Where we require participants or winners to sign an exemption or pre-award document and that participant or winner is under the age of eighteen, such document must be signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian before awarding the prize.
5.3 All winners shall be notified of their victory by phone, in writing or by announcing it through our application or through the means specified in the terms of the competition.
5.4 Each winner will receive his/her prize according to the mechanism and at the venue specified by us. We are not responsible for any prizes lost, damaged, or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
5.5 We reserve the right to request proof of the winner's identity, age, and address. If a winner is unable to provide us with reasonable proof of identity and age, we may withdraw the prize and select another winner. If you wish someone else to claim the prize on your behalf, you undertake to write any necessary legal documents and to sign any documents we request from you.
5.6 We reserve the right to disqualify participants from entering our Competitions or winners from receiving their prizes if anyone acts in unsafe, illegal, antisocial, or inappropriate behaviors.
5.7 All prizes are not assignable or exchangeable. Prizes that include admission tickets or attendance at events, holidays and similar fixed-time benefits must be taken on the dates specified in the relevant special conditions. If the winner does not take any part of the prize at the time specified by us (or by any third-party provider of the relevant prize), then that part of the prize will be forfeited from the winner. No cash is offered in lieu of the prize or any part thereof.
5.8 The winner is responsible for any tax paid because of the award or delivery of a prize. The winner should seek independent financial advice if this is of concern to them.
5.9 We make no representation or obligation in respect of the prizes offered and, to the maximum and full extent permitted by law, we accept no liability to you in respect of any prize, suitability,merchantability or otherwise.
5.10 We assume no responsibility for the fluctuation of prize values. Cash prizes are presented under a dream in the name of the winner. Any other arrangements are our choice.
5.11 There are no additional or additional costs or expenses for any prize unless otherwise stated. For example, the award does not include transportation costs to and from a particular location or event, and for the prize that includes accommodation in a certain place, it includes the cost of accommodation only.
5.12 Third party prizes are subject to availability. Third party prize providers may often set their own terms and restrictions and all winners agree to abide by them.
13.5 The winner remains responsible for paying any taxes, shipping charges or any other costs payable on the prize in accordance with the relevant legislation.
6. Unclaimed prizes
6.1 All prizes must be claimed within ten (10) working days from the date of announcing the winner on one of our operating channels or as otherwise provided by the special conditions. We reserve the right to offer unclaimed prizes after this period to an alternate winner or not to offer them at all.
6.2 If you claim a prize via a "blocked number" line you must provide us with your contact details, otherwise we may not be able to contact you and therefore you will not receive your prize.
7. Advertising and Personal Information
7.1 The personal information provided by Participants when entering our Competitions is used only by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy (ZAH) which may be amended for any Competition in particular. You should always read our Privacy Policy as your entry into a Contest must be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All personal data relating to subscribers may be removed from our database by contacting us. If the data is deleted before the result of the contest and/or prize(s) submitted, the participant loses his right to claim the prize. By entering into any Competition conducted in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Contest, the Subscriber agrees that ZAH shall have the right to use his data and the data of any person who has been entered into any of the Competitions that make it available through him, to engage him and/or any Fellow Entrant in any future Competition unless expressly stated that he does not accept it.
7.2 If the Entrant is required to provide third party personal information as part of his/her entry into or participation in any Competition, each Participant shall ensure that the person providing their personal data to us agrees to do so and communicates with us in relation to the relevant Competition.
7.3 One of the conditions for entering our competitions is that we have the right to announce the names and places of residence of the winners.
7.4 Winners also acknowledge that information about them that is made public may also be provided to third party prize providers for the purpose of promoting and submitting their participation in the Competition.
8. Draws
8.1 In the event that any prize is presented by a draw, the winners will be randomly selected from among all valid entries to the Contest (unless a shorter period is specified under special conditions) within 60 days from the closing date of the Competition. The draw always considers neutrality among all participants.
9. Copyright
9.1 By entering our Competitions, all participants, including you, will:
a. waive to us all rights (including current and future copyrights) to access all media (including, without limitation, the Internet) whether they exist or will exist in the future.
In. agree not to claim any moral rights in connection with their entry into the Competitions (where and when such rights are recognized) against us, our assigns, licensees, or successors.
c. They warrant to us that their entry into our Competitions does not constitute a breach of any of the intellectual property rights of third parties and that it does not contain anything that is infringing, immoral, hurtful, or threatening, and that they will indemnify us against any losses, damages or liabilities arising in the event of non-compliance with or correctness of the foregoing. In the event of proper action, we reserve the right, but we are not obligated to do so (without limiting the undertaking and indemnification of Subscriber as mentioned above) to display, filter and/or monitor the information provided by the Participant, and to modify, reject, interrupt or remove the information provided by the Participant; and
W. You confirm that they have the right, authority, and authority to grant the above rights and that they have all the necessary consents and permits to grant us those rights.
9.2 For the avoidance of doubt, all rights granted in the name and title of the Competition and the Contest Model are our sole propriety and we can use them at our sole discretion.
10. Manipulation and other matters
10.1 If a Competition cannot be performed as planned due to any (but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorized intrusion, computer viruses, mobile network failures, manipulation, fraud or any other causes beyond our control in a manner that affects or compromises the proper administration, integrity, fairness or integrity of any Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or Modification of the Contest and/or any draw, sweepstakes or provision relating to the Contest and/or disqualification of any individual who has caused (whether directly or indirectly) such problem.
11. Termination of the competition
11.1 We may amend or terminate the terms of the Competition at any time at our sole discretion without liability to any Contestants or any other person. We do not offer any prizes in the event of the end of any competition.
12. Decisions are final
12.1 All decisions of our decisions regarding any Competition and/or prize awards are final. There shall be no discussion or correspondence with any participant or any other person.
12.2 All watershed findings, disputes, questions, or concerns shall be dealt with by us or, if necessary, by law through independent arbitration.
13. Non-Enforcement of Terms and Conditions
13.1 Our inability to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions in any case(s) does not give rise to any claim or grant the right to act by any participant or winner, nor should it be deemed a waiver of any of our rights in respect thereof.
14. Exclusion of Liability
14.1 Except as specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all terms, undertakings, and obligations expressly or implicitly contained under the law are excluded hereunder.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not be liable to any participant or winner in connection with or arising out of any Competition howsoever caused, including any costs, expenses, forfeiture prizes, damages, or other liabilities, provided that nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph 17 Also applies to any prizes offered by third parties.
14.3 If any provision of these General Conditions (or any Special Conditions) is held to be illegal, unenforceable, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the rest of the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Law
15.1 These General Terms (or any special terms) shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the jurisdiction of thecourts of Cairo.
