All purchases made on ZAH, including stocks and smaller prizes, are non-refundable. This policy is in place because the nature of our website revolves around chance-based draws. Users understand and accept the risks involved when participating in these draws, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for any purchases.

3. Transparency and User Awareness:

We strive to maintain transparency regarding the nature of our website and the chances of winning. It is essential for users to be fully aware that purchasing stocks does not guarantee winning a prize. The draw is entirely random, and the winner is selected based on chance. By participating in ZAH, users acknowledge that they understand and accept these conditions.

4. Limited Liability:

ZAH holds limited liability for any unforeseen circumstances or outcomes related to the draw or the prizes. While we make every effort to ensure a fair and secure platform, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Users participate at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction or losses incurred.

5. Time Limit and Draw

Once the time limit ends for a specific prize, a random draw takes place to determine the winner. Your chances of winning depend on the number of stocks you have purchased for that particular prize. The more stocks you buy, the more chances you have of your name being drawn.

6. No Guarantee of Winning

Participating in ZAH does not guarantee that you will win a prize. The draw is random, and the winner is selected based on chance. We encourage you to consider this before making any purchases.

7. Order Amendment or Cancellation Policy:

• The order will be canceled by ZAH if the customer is late in paying after a period of 3 days from the date of the request.

• The order can be canceled by ZAH if the contact information is wrong or for the inability to reach the customer.

• Modification or cancellation of order cannot be made after the product has been shipped.

• If the customer makes a mistake in entering the shipping data, the shipment will be returned to our headquarters by the shipping company, and the customer will be charged the value of the returnshipping after correcting the address

8. Return and Exchange Policy:

The product can be returned or exchanged, and no additional shipping service fees or bank transfer fees will be charged after receiving the product by the customer, in the following cases:

• Non-conformity of the specifications of the product with those displayed on the site.

• Incorrect product delivery

• When there is a defect in the product or a manufacturing defect

• In the event of a manufacturing defect in any product, customer service must be contacted through the site and report the problem, it will be verified that the product has a manufacturing defect, then we will communicate with the customer within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Conditions of exchange or return:

• Submit a replacement or return request before more than (7) days have elapsed from the date of receiving the shipment.

• Attach the order invoice.

We regret that the products will not be returned or exchanged in the following cases permanently:

• Do not replace or return electronic parts unless in the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be verified that it has a manufacturing defect by the ZAH team.

• A product that has been used even once.

• Product installed by the customer.

• Products with malfunctions or defects caused by misuse (e.g. breakage, scratching, misuse, etc.), identified based on the inspection of the ZAH team.

• If the nature, characteristics, method of packaging or packaging of the commodity prevent its replacement or return, or it is impossible to restore it to the condition in which it was at the time of contracting.

• If the item is a consumer goods that can be quickly perished.

• If the commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer.

• If it is one of the goods manufactured based on special specifications specified by the consumer, and the commodity conforms to these specifications.

• Books, newspapers, magazines, computer programs and the like.

9. Prizes and Stocks

ZAH showcases big prizes, such as houses, cars, and more, for a limited time. Each prize is divided into stocks, and each stock represents a smaller prize, such as wallets, lighters, pens, and so on. Users have the opportunity to buy stocks while purchasing smaller prizes.

10. Individual Stock Count

Every stock purchased by a user is counted individually. The more stocks you buy, the greater your chances of winning the draw that occurs when the time limit for a particular prize ends.

11. Exceptional Circumstances:

Although refunds are generally not available, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In situations such as technical issues, errors, or mistakes made on our part, we may consider providing refunds or compensations. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any issues fairly.
